Does anyone have a current link to Kuikuegs .pdf? I can't seem to find one. I've found a few instructions in video, but I'm more of a read and practice kind of guy.

Incidentally, I HAVE found links to the file, but the download always ends up in a dead link, or a 'no permission' type of response.

If anyone can help with Kuikuegs pdf file, or a very detailed, step by step instruction, that would be wonderfully helpful.

The link in Kuikueg's post worked for me. If it doesn't work I do have the pdf and can upload it somewhere, but as I said the link should work. Here's the link to the thread to with the link to Kuikueg's pdf:

Ok... .that's the link that I found. I get a 403 - Forbidden error. My guess is that it's because I'm in Japan, and the server doesn't serve that area. I've had that problem before on other sites, so I'm going to assume that to be the problem.

You mentioned you would be able to upload it somewhere..... That would be great for me if you have the means to do it....

How do we go about doing that?

That happened to me too, if I clicked the link that is on Kuikueg's first message. However, the last message in the thread Kuikueg wrote a couple of days ago worked.

Try that and if it doesn't work, I'll upload the file or send it to you via e-mail.
