Haven't played in a while,help please

I downloaded DarkWratih's 7.10. and used all my old mods,and this new thing called Uplay keeps me from playing SH5.When it goes to load my old campaign,it gets caught in a loop and goes back to Uplay.Thanks for any help in advance.Ubisoft put a patch on my SH5 before I could play,and I suspect this is the culprit.

I figured it out.You have to hit offline play....duh!thank you sir!
