TDC speed dial...

Does TDC rounds up speed setting for a target...let's say I measure speed of a target to be 8,5 knots and set it that way, does it rounds-up to 9?

When I left everything to my officers, the target speed dial would match pretty good the speed I measured so 8.5 would be 8.5. One way to see how it affects the game would be to set range at max and watch the gyro angle as you manually set the speed dial to 8, 8.5 and 9.

Another thing is, I still haven't seen a single dial of any kind in the game that is displayed on-the-pixel accurately. Some are worse off than others and some are reasonably close to actual value but none are exact.
