Downloaded SH5 Files are Empty

I have downloaded a few files like lights and waves but when I extract them with winRar, there is nothing in the folders.

what gives.

Try 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org/). I had similar problems to yours
aeons ago when I still used WinRAR.
