Google video will close down on August 20 2012

Google video was great in the day, i got the best streaming speeds and that's pretty important living at the bottom of the world still putting up with Copper wire broadband! Believe me :/\\!!. So google video was my favorite site and the site that got me into the vietnam war videos, more an addiction to the vietnam war videos :haha:. 2009 they stopped videos being uploaded but allow those vids already hosted to still be available for viewing. Now i read its finally going to close for good well mos well since they own Youtube whats the point. I still tune in now and then and watch Vietnam documentary reruns. :salute:

yeah they were suppose too but due to public protest they left it up for viewing but no videos could be uploaded. But come August its the real deal gone for good.

If you use Firefox, there's a plug-in called "VideoDownloadHelper", which I've been
using to download nature documentaries off the internet. Tested and works
with Google Video. :salute:
