Advertising?

I am seeing random words on this forum in blue and double underlined. No one else had mentioned this, and I am wondering if it is some kind of malware problem infecting my computer. Most of the words seem linked to some kind of advertising or business.

In any case, I find it very annoying. It is like reading a letter composed of cut out newspaper letters, all of different sizes, styles, and colors thrown together. Is there any way to get rid of it?

I had a similar problem a few weeks ago and traced it back to some crap that was attached to something I had downloaded...really sorry but I forget the name of it now :doh:

I traced it on the list of add/remove programmes and deleted it without any real effort...check the list for anything you don't recognise.
