Is this legit? It cant be? Can somebody with a real fast connection try this out?

It isn't Legit, you can only obtain a legit copy of the client from the DCS homesite or the recognized online retailers ( IE: Steam & Gamersgate)

Subsim.com has a strong policy against piracy and illegal obtained warez (read the FAQ&Rules for further information)

so please do not look any further, thread closed
