Long time since my last post but wanted to drop in and say hi - read the forums quite a bit, just dont post much. I also wanted to know if any of you know where I can find a good pre built model of various submarines. Long time ago I saw a segmented Uboat by Targa models that was a complete cutaway of a german uboat. Would like to get one of those but nobody seems to have them anymore? Ideas?

Try Revell of Germany. They make a XXI cutaway (http://www.mykitsdirect.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=RG5078&click=130&utm_source=googlebase&utm_medium=shoppingengine), and here is also an old VII model (http://www.modelwereld.eu/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/7543?osCsid=6vupstkk26opj6hcvqs2eichg1) But I doubt they are premade.

I know of a couple of suppliers but a lot is down to the scale you require and the price your willing to pay.

If your after a desktop model I'd recommend 1/700 scale and there are many to choose from.
