It'S a Dutch commercial. A guy gets acupunctured. Then the Chinese doctor doing it sees that the stairway is burning, he panics, opens the window and jumps out, 6th floor, down below are firefighters standing in a circle and waiting with a jumping mat (=drop pad?), and they catch him. The patient, however, having hundreds of needles peeking out of his body and looking like Pinhead, stands clueless in the window and wonders if he really wants to jump in that "needled" state of his.
