How do i get the :Manos Scopes-patch for 16x9

Best captains, I am busy to download an mod list but i can not find this file: Manos Scopes-patch for 16x9


Can someone help me with finding this MOD :S

If I remember correctly this can be found in the "NewUI's with TDC for SH5" Mod by TDW (aka Multiple UIs for SH5 with TDC)
There should be a folder called "Scopes - do not enable - read" or similar, it's in there...
