Random youtube find while I was searching for something. An episode from German TV show "Wetten dass?", where guests talk and put bets on absurd record attempts or hilarious stunts.
This man must have a bionic link to the machinery!
Now try that in OMSI! :haha:
Amazing stuff, like you say, he obviously knows his machine. :yep:

I think I've been stuck behind him in a car park, taking that long to turn round. :O:

You know OMSI? Remarkable! That was my benchmark sim of the year 2011 in the sound category. I like the rest, too.

Know it, but haven't got it yet, watched a lot of vids of it though. :yep:
Fully agree on sounds, the engine is spot on, got the revving noises and the gear changes just right. If only they did a Leyland National version...

I know that sound of those bus models from reality, from ten years with them. I cannot differ the sim's sound from the real thing.
They do an upgrade currently, expanding the spandau default map, and a new bus: don'tT know how they are called in English, it is a long bus with a flexible knuckle in the middle (=Gelenkbus).
Several nice mod maps are already available, too. Some of them are as good as the default one.

Bendi-bus we call them over here, they fell out of fashion in London after some incidents with cyclists, and then the current Mayor used his political campaign to replace them with a new double-decker 'Routemaster II'.
I know what you mean with the sounds although I do not think I've travelled on that particular type of bus, however it sounds incredibly familiar, the whine of the gearbox on acceleration and when the foot is off the pedal. Makes me feel travel sick just thinking of it! :haha: Lots and lots and lots of memories though, fond ones. :yep:
Remarkable!!:o There is no way I would try that, and the driver was totally calm, I thought he was going to yawn!!:yep:
