I liked Blitzkrieg 2, so I went ahead and bough and downloaded Cuban Missile crisis: The Aftermath off of amazon, but when I try and start it, I get this: Game has encountered a problem and needs to close, we are sorry for the inconvenience.:/\\!! Checking the Error log, I found this:

Can someone help me fix this problem?

Try some of the compatibility settings; run as administrator and XP mode might do the trick. Could try disabling visual themes as well.

When did you update everything last? Installing Win7 service pack wouldn't hurt, and make sure all drivers are up to date.

I forgot to mention my operating system is Windows 7 64 bit.

If the game have Starforce then you need to install the latest SF drivers.
