Ehhh... this is actually one of the mods, where there is a direct link in SHMF.

And regarding the users who have forgot their passes. I don't monitor the error log for whenever some member is typing in wrong passwords. I have other matters to attend. If you have forgot your password and you want to get back in, then pm me here. I only visit subsim now and then, but it does happen. And then I could help you back in. You didn't use the same password for your account there as here? It would be easier to remember...
