I'm running RSRD and noticed that this boat was included is it AI or playable ?

It's playable, but it's not a "true" Narwhal as it's just a modified Porpoise class rigged up to act like a bigger boat.

I run the true Narwhal mod over RSRD and haven't noticed any problems.

Should have mentioned that I can't find it in the list to choose from.

Yes. I think it's only available if you're based in Pearl, so it won't show up anywhere else.

The "real" Narwhal game is the "donation" Narwhal which can be found in forums, it's no longer a requirement to donate.There is a TMO compatible version out there, search the threads, it's pretty cool from what little I have used it, plane to use it soon though.
