OK....so if I'd wanted to play a RPG I would have stuck with Everquest. WTF is up with Ubisoft that turns a historical strategy/sim franchise into a FPS RPG game?

I loaded up the game, modded it with a dozen recommended...err...mods and set off on a campaign. Started by being woken up and having to stumble around the ship for five minutes trying to climb ladders to find the captain. Wait a minute, I thought I was the captain?!?

Sarcasm aside is there some way I can change the UI so I can use hotkeys to move from station to station and dive and surface the boat? Also, I don't want to fire the bloody gun myself when I've got a crew load of employees.

Two imperatives to make me want to play this game.

1. Hot keys to change station.

2. Some way to bypass the bloody tutorial when starting a new campaign.

Answers on a postcard please.

PS. Nice graphics though.

welcome. as a stock game it is lacking but since u found mods, i think u will enjoy it.

u can skip the tutorial when u start a camapign, the option should be at the bottom of the intro screen.

as for hot keys i guess it depends on the mods u have. i still use an older set of UI by TDW. has the faces of the officers on the bottom of the screen, just click on the one who runs the deck gun, look through the binoculars, lock on what u want shot. i dont use teleporting, i dont see the need too. anyway hope that helps.
