Refuel/Refit

It sure would be cool if we had a way of choosing between refueling or reloading torpedoes or reloading both.Does anyone else feel the same way?:hmmm::hmmm::hmmm::hmmm:

There is a way of reloading both from the pop-up menu.

I think he's wanting to break down the reload so you can choose between fuel and fish, fuel only, or fish only options. Right now, you only have the option to reload both. No choice between one or the other.

It does not make any difference that I can tell. If the game made you wait X hours for each it would. Instead you can refit and refuel instantly, so I can not see a reason to not do both.

If you want to continue without rearming, you *could* just fire your fresh torps off into the wild blue. But I agree that I can't really see why you would *not* want to do both.

Perhaps it is a realism thing?
Kind of like this:
I am in the Drum. I'm two weeks out from Honshu (I drive slow) and on my way back to Pearl. Suddenly, I get some chatter on the radio about a task force headed towards Wake. Now, I wanna get in on that action, but I only got a little fuel left. So, I swing into Midway to pick up some more diesel. I ask what's in the torp shed- having only 4 fish left- but the quartermaster shakes his finger and says "Those Mk14's are for Swordfish- she's due back on the 23rd and her skipper is counting on those being here. You want fish, go deal with your supply guy on Pearl."


What I'd really like to see is the conversation be able to run like this:

Now, I do have a few old Mk10's that are stuck off in the back- in case of an emergency, you know... but they'll cost ya!"

This meaning- I wish you had to spend Renown on refueling/rearming at places other than your home port. Even things like old Mk10 torps would have a renown cost when you stop by unannounced. I don't know if anyone could do that though.
