Help please

After a few questions to other members i finally know what to do. But I found on the net a small file... a 7,z file but i can not run the setup. Second quistion, can you download a mod and install without the GME?

Yes you can, but if you decide you don't like it or it causes problems you'll have to reinstall the entire game to get rid of it. JSGME lets you see exactly what you have installed and remove it again if necessary.

ok, but....where can i find de exe file of the gme??? i dont know what to do with that 7z file...
