Compass around cursor

Hi,

Does anyone have a link to the compass that surrounds the cursor when plotting a course as seen in this video? (http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&feature=endscreen&v=VRwoO_2pQr0)

I'm using realnavigation and the one that I seem to have as default the compass is too small for my eyes to see properly!

I am indeed using TDWs UI.
