I've decided to create this thread so people can share their opinion on which of these two outstanding enviro mods is better.

I almost hate to vote on something like this because, as you mentioned, they are both fine mods. I use Dynamic at this time, however, that might change at anytime.
I like changing up the bigger mods now and then to see how the game can be with different combos. I've seen some of the files on these mods (most big mods) and you can see how much work goes into creating them.
I use W_Clears Real Environment for SH4 and I love it. I might switch over at some point here too, but I haven't seen everything from Dynamic yet.
So, It's like asking who's the best guitar player or painter, good question but, in this case, difficult to answer. They are both excellent!

I have only seen a few pictures from dynamic. I wasn't that gone on what I saw. I use 'Real Environment'. drool...I just travel around. Hitler can go and sink cargo ships himself; I'm taking my boat and crew to the Caribbean. When I was 13 we had commodore 64. We thought it was probably going to get better. But the way games are starting to look these day is some sort of a miracle in my life.

My question is what are the differences, I mean Ive seen things about them both and even read the posts but Im not sure what the big or tiny differences between the two are??

I didn't vote because I don't feel qualified to say which is better.
But I use Dynamic at the moment. But from experience I can say that Real, is prettier. But Dynamic has the better weather, but is so gray all the time (realistic).
I also know that Dynamic puts more strain on my video cards to render the scene.
