yet another lag thread - good PC

ok so i decided to give SH5 another chance. i have played SH3 for 300 hours according to my steam client. That game is amazing specially with GWX and not buggy at all. So going to sh5 was a big shock. specially the transformation from 3rd person to first person view. The graphics are no doubt amazing but im getting lags. The lags are not your classic case of poor FPS, although that happens sometimes. The lag is periodic and consistent pauses that last for about 1/2 or 1/4 of a second every second. so the picture is choppy if you go to external view only and look at the atmosphere/your boat etc. this is very annoying. it cannot be my system since i play BF3 on max settings. Is this another bug?

Intel Quad Core 2.88Ghz w/ 8MB Cache
ATI Radeon HD 6850 OC to 800Mhz core
8GB RAM
1TB WD10EALS Hardrive

Use antilag - this mod will fix problems for both poor and good systems

Use the shadow improvement mod lite version .
In the in game graphics option put the shadows slider to halfway .
In the in game graphics option put the antialiasing 1 notch from the right .
Use antilag and put it in your main SH5 game folder (dont use mod enabler) and set it to
