ummmm How do I set my realism for my career??

I want to select something..

For example.. I want everything real except, manual targeting, and external views.

WTF is with this low,medium,high and so on

??

How do I do this ?? Thanks

While in the bunker before you select your mission hit esc and enter the game realism options . I suggest unticking the stabilize view for a start .
