Resolution fix

Hi, I just reinstalling SHIII after years of not playing, fixed the Win7 game launch problems, now I'm trying to get the resolution fix but I can't download the res fix file because I haven't posted enough. I posted yesterday but still not allowed. External mediafire links are dead, can anyone help?
