Then hopefully there won't be any participants from Iran at any of the events :hmmm:

Iran appears to have blocked the official website for the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Users in Iran have tweeted that they are unable to connect to london2012.com (http://www.london2012.com/) and are instead redirected to peyvandha.ir (http://peyvandha.ir/) - a site offering stories from Iran's official news agencies.

Iran is just mad with how many medals the USA always runs away with in the summer sports.:woot:

(You Euros are great skiiers, especially the darned Swiss, and Germans)

Catch us if you can!:O: (you can't and won't)

Butthurt at a government level.

If Iran does send a team they will probably get lost in the myriad of transport chaos that will probably spring up at the time and will never be seen again.

I'm predicting a record number of applications for asylum (from a variety of countries).
