When manually aiming the attack periscope, in order to hit the exact spot you are pointing the cross-hairs at, is the course plotted the instant you click the fire button, or is it taken from when the torpedo leaves the tube?

IF you have the tube open and IF you have all the values right.
then the torpedo will hit exactly where the crosshare was when you hit the fire button

p.s. Also, when your boat stops turning, if it still did. Since the torpedo path is completely relative to your course.
