need help to restore system
Hello everyone,

I played SH4 for years and then got away from it for a while. I have the stock version with no supermods, only some sound mods and a few customized keystrokes. I am running Windows XP Home edition, with NVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT with 128 mb . The program ran fine without slowdowns or crashes. The last few nights I have tried to get back into it and have had slowdowns, stoppages and crash to desktop everytime. How can I trouble shoot this problem?

That's a very weak card, I use to play with a 7800gt and my game came to a crawl badly around contacts are explosions, etc..

Seems I used the old driver with the 7800, the game didn't like the new one for nvidia.

Thanks! Joe SOuch, yeah, that's a little lite in the graphics card dept.. Is that a Pentium 4? Try shutting down everything that's running in the background. What is your System RAM and how much of it is shared for graphics rendering?
