new to this fine site

got workable copy of silent hunter 3 and got mod enabler running and doing some mods

until i get 3 downloads a day message stopping that


said to do new post and that would be expanded to 10 downloads a day

i did 2 new posts, one introducing myself


still saddled with 3 a day download message, despite doing what they asked 24 hours ago


what is wrong here, i just want to tweak the game with some of the fine mods done here and play the game.

BUT I CAN'T BECAUSE OF THIS LIMIT DEAL............CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT I HAVE DONE WRONG HERE
