bypass upgrades for U-Boat

stoianm mentioned a mod to bypass upgrades for uboats in SH5. Can anyone be more specific as to the name of this mod or even
better a link.

By bypass I mean able to upgrade my U-Boat without completing certain perimeters as missions, campaigns etc.

Thanks it`s exactly what I was looking for.
One last question...should I install the TWO patches, if I do I`m going to install all in this order:
Equipment upgrade mod followed by free_upgrade mod then the two patches.
Please correct me if my order is incorrect.

You wont need renown points because the free upgrades mod makes all upgrades free so renown points are useless.
