Apparently, the Pacific side of the custom missions refuses to spawn units. What do I need to do to fix this apparent bug in the mission generator?
EDIT: I worked with it and I found there was nothing wrong. The Pacific generated missions require time compression to allow you to get to the engagement. I was misled by the Atlantic generated missions dropping enemies right at contact range.
