That was JPL's next breakthrough technology. The civilian market would have benefited with "billboards that seem to float in the air". From a defense standpoint, our enemies abroad would have been too busy flailing away helplessly at our new floating propaganda weapon to bother to put up a defense against a conventional assault. :yep:
