wow you all are more active than i thought. yes i should introduce myself.
(btw im using this from another fourm. yes i wrote it but its 10pm and im tired so im copying)

Hi im capt Jtdude or J.Canfield.
I am one of those captains that might be too aggressive (hey i see a fleet of destroyers and cruisers! I'm going to attack head on full speed! well you know how that ended) but i can be sneaky if i have to. i have 3 types of sh4 games: normal, silent fire, and trigger maru overhauled.

More about me:
I have sh4 v1.5
i am 15 and i hope noone holds anything against me for my age
im interested in photography racing and many types of simulators

ive only played sh4 but i wish other games were more like it.


about the wardiaries:
i actually have a war STORY not a diary that i have been working on and its big and it needs its own topic..... its a STORY not a diary its from beginning to end like a book. can that be in its own topic? I just wanted to show a preview from the middle of what i have just so you know what its like: (this is not the beginning but its close to it)

Beginning of part of story
13:20, December 10, 1941
Manila, Philippines
My crew was ready. We set sail for convoy college. But as we leave, we spot an unidentified ship directly south of us, 14.8 nm away.
"Set a course for its location, Ahead Standard, Take us down to periscope depth"
"Yes sir."

15 minutes later...

"Sir! We have info on the target! Type is Hetio Maru! Course South! Speed slow!"
"Detected a Small convoy just south of the target! Heading north! Speed slow!"
"The Hetio Maru is speeding up, I think it is at its flank speed" my hydrophone officer stated.
It must be really afraid of us to waste all of that fuel.
"It is going to go faster that we are, and it is heading south sir My first officer stated."
Our objective is north so I decided not to follow.
"Alright, lets identify the small convoy"

5 minutes pass...

"Up Periscope."
"Alright. There is a fishing trawler and a tug boat. Unarmed.
"You know the Japs, sir." My first officer stated, "They can make a cannon look like a smoke stack."
"Yes they can if they tried but Im sure they are completely unarmed. Surface when close and engage with guns."

Thanks, I went to check his mod's thread. He did make the mod 1.5-compatible before his untimely demise. Oh man, you brought up a lot of memories...
Well, if you intend to update your war stories on a regular basis, I don't see why you couldn't run a separate thread. But ultimately it's up to the moderators to decide.

Nice to meet you. We are all very serious here. For example, I am a former Admiral from WW2 who taught Admirals Halsey and Nimitz everything they used to know, and formulated the defense plans at Coral Sea, Midway, and Leyete Gulf. I was on the Enterprise when its launched Ben Affleck's B-29 (did I say Affleck? I meant Jimmy Doolittle's plane) to raid Tokyo, I gave the orders to launch planes, and was I captain of the USS Missouri when Japan surrendered. I also coached the casts of Run Silent Run Deep, Das Boot, 5,000 Leagues Under the Sea, and the Little Mermaid. I always won academy awards for my work, and when I told the Academy the work was too easy, they threw me out. I wrote Anchors Away in 5 minutes. You can see in photos of me at the signing of the surrender documents on the Missouri. I am standing in front of MacArther, blocking his view. And I am only 29, if you can believe it?Everybody here loves me for my excellence, and serious demeanor. I never sink ships now. The enemy hears I have left Pearl Harbor and they all return to port until I run out of fuel and return to base. Now, I have to go. My favorite movies, Daffy Duck and Thomas the Train, are on the television.
