Moratorium on Long-range Missile Launches, Nuclear Tests and Nuclear Activities at Yongbyon in Exchange for 240,000 Metric Tons of Food But what happens when the Ginormous Comrade finishes lunch? How many Metric Tons will he demand for dinner? :hmmm:

Same formula as before with Daddy Kim.

Give it 9 months and they will start again, with threats, and missile testing, followed by talks, and a "deal" usually involving us feeding them.

Rinse and repeat...

Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

I was bored and made some fun and searched the web a bit for the better part of half an hour. What I found, is this: from 2011 back to 1995, where I stopped the search, there always were at least two times a year (sometimes even three) when the media said the US announced to have acchieved a major breakthrough in diplomatic relations with North Korea.

Amazing.

I think ties between North Korea and the US are the most successful ones in all global diplomacy happening. They really must be the closest and best friends by now, no doubt. Not even the often-celebrated "special relationship" with Britain scores so many breakthrough-headlines and high compliments that often.

In politics goldfish memory is priceless.

:shifty: And that, is so very true. DPRK will "misbehave" again in the future. They only play ball long enough to get what they want.

Wait... wasn't there a concession similar to this one ten years ago or so? Did that ever pan out? :06:

I think NK is just mucking around again, TBH. :hmmm:

EDIT: I see this was already brought up. Sorry for the redundancy.
