Hello ! everybody I am a new member here ! Does anyone know if there is a Mines mod, I mean the big black ones there was lying around in the water , if you know what I mean!??:)

they were black and round, sometimes with a chain at the bottom of the water and sometimes without a chain.

Welcome Jeff...there are mines in the GWX supermod and you can also add them yourself in any version of the game using the Mission Editor.
