He probably has fairly good IT working for him.More than likely the page is run by some secretary or IT department that speaks English they most likely eliminate anyone without a legitimate name I am sure that they screen for us infidels.These groups are really heavy into using the internet to spread their ideals they know(not necessarily Grand Ayatollah Farmville) alot more about what they are doing than most might think.The internet is a cheap highly effective way to spread propaganda.
