Mods in Campaigne

I play this game now for few weeks and i already finished the first 2 missions.
I like the game very much but it seems i cant start the mods i have downloaded in game. I downloaded JSGME and followed instructions from somebody on youtube but there is no explanation how to start the game with the mods.. please somebody help me

Hello there most mods require you to start a new campaign for them to take effect.

So did you try starting a new campaign?

yes i did and now it works for me also.. only some problems with some mods .. some meters dont work and when i use interface from TDW i CTD with some buttons.. but i like some of them just trying out wich one fits me right.. thanks to all modders..
