Acoustic Torpedoes not tracking

Hello I just Installed Equipment Upgrades fixes by theBeast and stoianm's Upgrade available mod and I got some Acoustic homing torpedoes but they don't seem to be tracking the target is this normal or something The Target
was a Large merchant vessel lugging around slowly at a brisk 6 knots:Kaleun_Mad:

I recall reading somewhere that acoustic torps could only be used at fast-running ships (like 11 or 15 knots)....don't know if this is modelled in the gane though....

Yeah I tried against a faster foe a formation of DDs around A Light cruiser at a decent patrol pace of 14 knots and still didn't track
