Need Help!

I downloaded some SH2 mods. The files are in .7z format. I downloaded the .7z unpacking-winzip-thingy (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=file&id=1362) But........this also is .7z format. My .7z files cant be used until i can unpack them or something. :damn:
