Haven't TPB already reciveced hundreds of cease and desist letters that they post for us all to read?

The internet is changing last few weeks I have read of some very paranoid admins a couple have chosen to shut down on their own doing. QSS shutdown but their staff moved to another site and have started up again :dead:
