Renaming multiple files in random number order

I have 2 mp3 players that play sequentially not in a random order so when it comes to a group of songs by the same artist they play one after the other, most annoying!!:nope:
What I need since there are a few hundred songs is an app that will rename the files in a random numerical order, (not asking for much am I:oops:) does such an app exist?:hmmm:

Such a tool was included in one of the SH3 SuperMods. We will find that, wait a bit...

This little tool (http://www.mediafire.com/?4ypeetk9phh7ie5) was included in HanSolos WarAceCampaign 4.1 and works for MP3 ONLY...
