Wanna come back to SH5...

I bought the game through Steam and when I try to play it it says it's patching the game launcher... then it says it fails and goes right to the screen where I enter my license key and when I do it says that my key is in use already. Help?

I tried to but they said they have nothing to do with how Ubisoft handles there stuff. I finally got the launcher to work now it's saying that my Key code is already in use.
