I'm gonna assume that since no-one answered this was either a stupid question or you don't need it if ya have your install set up with German Language :hmmm:

Judging from the time between posts, I do not think you gave the folk here enough time to answer. Sometimes an answer pops up in a few hours and others it may take days.

As far as the German Language mod, I do not think it is required if you installed with German language. The mod transfers the German speech files already in one of the game's directories and puts them in the appropriate place over the English speech files.
