CTD

Since yesterday i had several CTD, today the same thing.
The first mission is going great no crashes, but from the second mission he is crashing randomly. Now it was within 10 minutes. When i want to view outside....

3 GB DDR2
AMD Phenom 9600
ATI 3870 HD 2 GB Version

Above the crashes i am now getting randomly black screens when i am turning my view...

The only thing i have changed yesterday is my overal resolution from the computer. From 1024 * something.
To 1680 * 1080

I have changed the mods also. With the scopes.

Looks like you are running out of memory.
Either;


Reduce your screen resolution,
take out memory hungry mods (like Dynamic Environments)
or Push the the sliders on the Graphics Options page way over to the left

Or get more memory... or a better graphics card!

Then it has to be that i changed my resolution settings.
I know that my memory and my card are outdated, but the computer is already 4 years old. I can still play Battlefield 3 on med/high online. So i expected to do this aswell.

Then i have another question to TDW.
If i am reducing my resolution to 1024 by somewhat. I have to take the 4x3 Scope thing.

But then i can't see my heading becouse of the officers are there with their icons :wah:

The strange thing is. The game is almost installed a week ago. Runned with mods and Magnum Opus. With Magnum Opus it was kinda slow. So i came out on my mod list. So i thought resolution higher is nicer. Have played 4 hours. No problem and then suddenly after eachother it's just going real bad :yeah:

You can move the officers. Place the mouse just a little above their pictures. It will turn into 4 arrows. This means draggable. Left click and hold and drag where you want on the bottom. If you want to place them anywhere on the screen you have to enable them draggable to anywhere on screen in options editor/viewer.

Ok thanks i will first try to move them horizontally to somewhere :)
