Can not find it as Mod "U-Boat Crew German Language Pack".
Or is the language pack that is installed with the game.
Sorry for my ignorance.

Yes - if you picked German install - it is added with the game.

If you didn't, you can install this mod (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showpost.php?p=1465509&postcount=23) rather than re-install your game:up:
