Try this setup

"Magnum_Opus_v0_0_1 and patch 02"
"NewUIs_TDC_6_9_0_ByTheDarkWraith"
"OPEN HORIZONS II_full v1.6",
"SH5Lifeboats_2.1 by rongel tdw and stoianm"

The ones I have removed from your list are not needed.
It is ok to overwrite these mods when in this order.
