How do I use the misson editor?

double click on the mission editor 2
file\open project
C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\data\Campaigns\CampaignProjects\Total_Germany PJ

open the PJ files

I can't find it. I found mission editor without the 2 but when I double clicked it there was nothing there.
