How to move an externally stored torpedo inside?

I can take your message two ways.
If you mean, at the beginning of the game when your loading up, (Patrol 1 after the tutorial) the external torpedoes are not available (to my knowledge anyway) they become available later in the game.
Two, if you mean that you can not get your external reserve torpedoes inside, all you need to do is surface in a safe place, maybe at night, order all stop and drag those eels inside. You will want to TC a bit so you don't wait too long.

I have another question in the operation weserubung have Sink more than 5 ships ahead of schedule , but the white bar does not move must wait until 1 June :hmmm:

Operation Weserübung must be active in the campaign menu. All sinkings must be within the area of the blue cross-hatched circle that appears when you select the mission icon circle. The Objectives also state that the five ships must be British. Enemy vessels of other nations or neutrals do not count. The battleship required for the objective counts as one of the five necessary ships.
