Not sure if this has been discussed but to-day i decided to start a new career so I un-installed all the mods ... started the new career then saved after reaching Kiel ... loaded up the mods and re-started the career
When the career loaded up the screen was kind screwed up ... the upper 1/4 of my monitor was showing as properly ... the other 3/4 of the screen was dulled out and had white boxes spaced out within it
What would cause this little ditty :06:

insufficient memory (looks like video card memory maxed out)

I was thinkin' that too but how come I can run regular missions using the same mods installed and everything runs fine :hmmm:

When I tried to run it on my far inferior old single-core system it looked okay. After installing some mods I ended up with this:

Not any mods fault, just lack of modern equipment. I still haven't had the time to re-install the game. I'm not bringing up my old complaint again; that's between me and my bank to get a new computer. I'm just seeing if this is anything like what you're seeing and agreeing with TDW's sentiment about memory and its application.

No ...
Mine looked nothing like that ... but like I say I can't figure why it would do it to start a career and not during a single mission
Is there a difference in the way mods are loaded between a single mission and a career :06:

that screenshot above is indicative of python errors (mod conflicts with my UIs mod and/or Visual C++ install problems - i.e. incorrect version) and running out of system and/or video memory. That's awful :-?

There is a lot more things going on in a campaign that is not in a single mission

I got this same thing yesterday. It was (of course) at the start of the patrol and it took me all day to get it all corrected. This included a reinstall (2). I think mine was a corrupted file that happened because I just like to fiddle around with loading and unloading mods to get everything perfect. Once in a while things get corrupted and that is the screen I was trying to get rid of the entire day. Then again, I did get this screen briefly but it went away after leaving the game and rebooting. Not this time though...
Oh well, It's worth it!!
Hope all is well now.

I've just completed a re-install too in the hopes that that cures the problem ... cause I like you like to fiddle with the mods :D
