Quite possibly one of the most stupid things I've seen done on a road, and yet had it been on one-way streets I'd want a go...!

OK, I know it's supposedly Latvian so more likely to be Ediko than Dowly - but where's the fun in that :O:

Hahah we used to do that as kids on my uncles farm in Wisconsin. Of course the farm road going out to his property was long and desolate so we didn't worry about intersections or oncoming traffic.

2 years ago a man in Poland put his two kids on a sledge, attached it to his car and went for a little ride.
Effect: he's in a jail now and the kids are dead.

I used to tow my little cousins like this. But with top speed about 15km/h and with a sled that had rough contact surface, so they stopped quickly if I slowed down.
It was still safer than running down a hill where cars drove up

And while I agree with the first two sentences, I feel obligated to point out that those register plates don't look very Finnish to me. Difficult to say, though, the resolution of the video isn't high enough to tell the details exactly.

The comments say it's filmed in Latvia.

I did say that it was probably more Ediko (from Latvia) than Dowly (from Finland), but I thought with Dowly's reputation here (not the boobs) it would be more apt.

That said, I'm sure it's either been or about to be done in Finland...! :03:
