Ordered SH4 gold edition on Amazon. I'm worried my computer won't run it, so can somebody tell me if these specs will run it?
-Windows 7 Home Premium
-AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual-core processor (1.20 GHz I think)
-AMD M780G chipset
-ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics
-4 GB memory
-250 GB HDD

Most likely yes.

The 250 Gig hard drive is the only concern. Especially if you want to use the supermods.
If your case will hold another hard drive, I would go and snag a 1 or 2 TB hard drive and install it. With all the mods out there, it wouldn't hurt to have a second one with a huge capacity, as some of the mods are rather extensive.
Check out the comments on the ATI 3200 graphics here,

That could pose an issue. So you can try it, but one of the comments said that anything below the 3850 was not good for gaming.

I have a 450 GB but it's already down to 30.

I have 2 500GBs, and I have 105GBs left on one, and 315 left on the other.
I was thinking of snaggin' a couple TB drives and run them all in a raid configuration. With SATA II cables. If I could afford it, I would get 6 TB drives since the case will hold that many, and run them all in a raid setup, and just transfer the info from the 2 500 GB drives to one of the TB drives, and mirror it to one or 2 of the drives incase one fried.

I work with a 160 GB drive. The secret is that everything that needs to be stored - all music, video and pictures - are on an external 2 TB drive. The main drive is only for stuff needed to run games. Works like a charm.
Imho, 250 GB is fine if you don't waste this harddiskspace with unneccesary files.
But it is true that mods do suck up alot of space. JSGME mods takes 3 times the space in actuallity. 1 instance of the file for SH4 to use. 1 instance in the MODS folder repository. And 1 file of probably similar size in the hidden JSGME Backup folder. So, do not store mods in there that you do not use anyway. Especially if you like mod soup.
