Hi all,
My name's Lisa and I'm new here. I would not call myself an avid gamer but I do very much enjoy SH3, thanks to my nephew. It is not a bash the buttons game and get carpel tunnel syndrome, which is one of the things I like about it.
I am also a compulsive audio book fiend. Just listened to one that I am sure many of you will enjoy. It is called Cryptonomicon by Neal Stephenson. Basically it is set in two time periods, now and WWII and is based around cyphers. As you can imagine it takes in Bechley Park (think that is how it is spelt) and the North Atlantic campaign in what certainly to my ears appears to be a very factual account. The writer is a tecchie and writes tech-fi with a fair amount of maths. If you are like me you just phase out at these parts but they are not too heavy to spoil a good book.
Hope you enjoy and it is nice being here,
Lisa
