Is it just my computer or does realisim not work?

Before starting a campaign I set it to 42% realisim.

During play it reset itself to 0%.

I saved at sub base and reset to 42%.

During play it reset itself to 0%?

It won't go to 42%? I've gone into the cfg files and manually set it to 42% to no avail, it simply
ignores it and resets it back to 0%.

There is simply no fun in SH games if it's too easy. I used to play SH4 at about 75% realisim.

Does this mean there is something wrong with my installation?

Start a new campaign .
While in the bunker hit Esc key and go to options and set the gameplay options there . Thats the only way to make the options stick .

Thanks Sober. In SH4 you could just dock at sub base and change there. So I guess this means I have to start all over again from scratch?

Oh well, I got practice in.

I don't know what I did wrong before, but its working now.

I tried before setting realisim to 42% then saved at sub base. Then reloaded game and it didn't work.

This time I set realisim at sub base then immediately started new patrol and it worked!

If i could only get that dumb Offline thing to work.
